What we collect
When you submit our contact form or call us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the property address where you'd like a roof inspection or quote. We don't buy data, scrape data, or collect anything you didn't hand us directly.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your roofing inquiry. That means calling or emailing you back, scheduling an inspection, writing a quote, and following up on the work. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. The only third party that touches your form submission is Formspree, the service that delivers the form contents from our website to our inbox. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site analytics that follow you around the web.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we're in active conversation with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty and project history. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
